This presentation will provide and introduction to the LCi Course Portfolio which consists of the LCi White Belt, LCi Yellow Belt and LCI Green Belt. Some background will be provided to outline how the programmes were developed to address industry needs and a case study will be discussed. The process for trainer nomination and quality assurance will also be addressed. LCi are delighted to make these training programmes available and hope that they will set the standard for lean construction training in Ireland.
