This case study examines how process and value stream mapping
can be utilised to optimise the hand-offs and quality checks required
for an Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) workfow. DPS Applied
Technology Group (ATG) was engaged to design and develop the
required structure to manage the OSM of a portion of a large client
program.
