Our LCi workshop session is facilitated by Crystal Lean Solutions, a leading Lean and business consultancy company. The objective of the workshop is to bring a level of understanding to participants on the value and benefits of Lean deployment and project delivery. The workshop itself will guide participants to identify individual gaps and opportunities within their own business. In addition, an overview of tools and training available (including LCi White Belt, Yellow Belt and Green Belt programmes) to support organisational transformation will be provided.
