Ardmac’s Lean journey started in 2015 with the implementation of the Last Planner® System (LPS) on a pharma cleanroom project. From the benefits of this pilot project in the areas of on time delivery, budget, quality, and safety, leadership at Ardmac further educated themselves in the area of Lean through Yellow Belt training and
conferences.
