Mace deploy a collaborative approach to manage the programme and
production control management system. Mace has learned that Visual
Management (VM) tools are key to identify and focus on critical areas
to manage risks and opportunities in production control.
VM is identified as an important tool to develop a high-performance
multi-disciplined team. To assist the forming of the team, a “Big Room”
environment was developed to allow teams to communicate and
collaborate effectively, to develop a learning work environment,and to
build trust and promote transparency between teams.
