To understand our processes we use Maths to establish our baseline. We also turn our practical problem into a statical problem solve it statically and then apply that solution to our practical problem.
Finance - Understanding finance is vital for all our process improvement and we need our operations staff to understand the Financial implications, so adding in Finance for non finance training to our Lean programs ensure we are getting the Return on investment each project requires
Employment and Corporate law - No lean project is possible without culture change, this is key to getting everyone involved, so it is vital that anyone coordinating a project understands the people and the legal responsibilities around the people. Many project struggle or even fail because of lack of Union engagement, This is important to any lean project.
